Unable to re-configure image based backups
We have retired backup for one of the server whose backup was configured as Image based backup (Proxy Based) . Now when we are trying to configure the backup of that server again we are unable to do so.
We had clicked on administration Tab then selected the vcenter where this VM reside and selected new client.
Now we are able to see the client there but its Greyed Out . We are unable to select it and ADD it.
Please suggest further.

Thanks for your reply gautam..
After retering the client is not showing under policies....its only there
MC Reteried group.
Now when we are trying to add it as a new server...it is greyed out.

does it show under the policy where you configured it ? screenshot would be helpful.

hello rahul,
if old backups are not required then you can try re configuration of client after deleting previous one.
but remember once you deleted the client from MCretired it will delete all the backup for that particular client as well.
