Dear good day.

We are making backups of laptops on Avamar 6.1, however we find this error when the user is occupying his post or is open. and the default path is C :/

avtar Error <5139>: File access share error "C:\Documents and Settings\Pille\Documents\Outlook Files\Outlook.pst" (code 32:The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process)

note that when the. pst is in another partition like: D :/ mail, backup runs successfully.

however my client requires that these backups are run on the C :/ drive because changing location. pst would be very time consuming and would not allow users to make changes.

anyone have any suggestions or have something similar.
