how to leverage VMware vSphere4 BLIB feature
in vSphere 4, it has a BLIB(block level increment backup) feature, does anybody try this?

I think you are talking about "Enable change block tracking" option in avamar. This is available when adding a new VM. This feature increases backup time dramatically. (Some limitations apply on when vmware updates changes to the datastore).
