IOMs shutting down

We have an M1000e with 10 blades installed (2 M620 and 8 M610). Recently we have been getting problems with the IOMs suddenly shutting down.

Power Cycling through the CMC sometimes works but usually I have to physically remove and reinsert the IOM for it to restart and stay powered on. I have included the putty log which I can't really understand if that helps.
