Is any known issue, tip or workaround to make this link run??

If you can give us a quick rundown of how your network is setup, the running config on both switches, we can certainly look things over and see if we have any suggestions to make.
Here is a good article to read with some great information on interoperability between Blade and Cisco switches, it may help answer some of the questions you have.
