hard drive not recognized on BladeServer M610
disk in position 0 is off and is no longer recognized by SAS card, RAID 1 is degraded state. I installed a new drive of the same type but without success. Please is someone can help me reassign the disk ?

The replacement hard drive should be recognized and start the rebuild process. Which SAS card is being used in the server? If you enter the SAS card BIOS does the drive show up at all?
