AX4-5f Symantec Off-host Backup

In our company, we have EMC AX4-5f with Navisphere Express. I would like to ask You, Is there a posibility to use the Symantec Backup Exec 2010 r2 Off-host functionality with that array and that software (maybe Navisphere Manager is required)?

I've tested a little bit and I could to use admsnap commands, to connect snapshot to a drive letter on backup server, but Off-host function is not working.

That kind of job always end with error:

V-79-10000-11225 - VSS Snapshot error. The Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) snapshot provider that you selected does not support snap technology for this volume. Select another snapshot provider, and then run the job again. The snapshot provider used by VSS for volume N: - EMC VSS Hardware Provider (Version 4.4.1.0).
