AX4-f next Snapshot Problem -Error 0xE1008031
Hi,
AX4-5 DUAL-SP filled with 400GB SAS and a second DAE filled with 750GB SATA.
All SAS in one big Diskpool with one Virtual Disk. No Reserve.
All SATA in one big Diskpool with three Virtual Disks. 3TByte not used by Virtual Disks.
Navisphere Express. System Software 02.23.050.5.703
I can prepare up to three Snapshots. One for the Virtual Disk on SAS-Diskpool, and two of the three Virtual Disks on the SATA-Diskpool.
When I try a fourth, I am told to use more Diskpools.
From my prepared Snapshots, only the first works. When I try to start the Snapshot of the second and third, it get the following Error-Message from naviserverutilcli:

The snapshot failed to start because of the following:
The virtual disk is not yet prepared for a snapshot, or the preparation is not yet complete, or a currently active snapshot is using most of the snapshot resources and must be stopped if you want to start another. See Navisphere Express. (Error 0xE1008031)

No other Snapshot was active. I tried different Combinations, destroyed and prepared Snapshots many times, waited for Days...
I need Help. !!!

I am not sure with the exact issue you are facing , but have you checked if there are required reserved luns pool available for the fourth snapshot.
