CX3-10 cannot boot

Hi,

We have a CX3-10 never used which cannot boot
(both SP fault LEDs are blinking, changing speed
from time to time)
I have been told to disconnect all the eclosures
except the firts one and to remove the SPB and
power up again, No way it's exactly the same
thing.

Did anyone encounter the problem ? What could
be the solution ?

It could be cabling or it could be the vault disks are not correctly imaged, or it could be a number of others issues. I would recommend that if the cabling is all correct and the first five disks in the array are labeled correctly - they should have stickers on the first five disks indicating that they are the OS disks, then you should probably open a case with EMC.

I have the same problem I can not boot SPA and SPB has.
It will remain on step.

int13 - READ PARAMETERS (1630).

int13 - CHECK EXTENSIONS PRESENT (1631).

int13 - GET DRIVE PARAMETERS (Extended) (1632).
