CX3-10C Default Controller IP
hi dear
i need default ip for CX3-10C
i need to connect this but i don't Ip address
how to factory reset Controller ?
how to connect with Console for change IP address ?

To get the IP address of the SP, you can
1. Connect to its Service LAN port (RJ45):
"D" port is the Service LAN port. The default IP addresses of two SPs are:
SPA: 128.221.1.250 Subnet Mask 255.255.255.248
SPB: 128.221.1.251 Subnet Mask 255.255.255.248
Then you can login the system to view anything you want.
2. Establish the PPP connection to its console port (require a RS232 cable)

Then point your browser to http://192.168.1.1/setup, you can get its network information:
3. Use Unisphere Storage System Initialization Utility or Navisphere Initialization Utility
You can search and download the tools on support.emc.com. Ensure that SP are connected to Network, using the installed Utility from the laptop, try discovering the Array if you are able to view Array. It finds the array via MAC address discovery. Also ensure Laptop is connected to the same subnet where you Array is connected.

Thank you very much
I can Connect with service port 128.121.1.250
my user name and password is working correctly
But I dont set IP address in SPA and SPB
when I right Click in SPA and properties Click the Network Tab and Set new IP address and Apply
when again chek i see empty Fild in network parameters

i try with Unisphere storage system init
i can find storage but application error is : Check if there is security software running on your workstation that may have prevented the uninitialized system from being detected
i dont have any system security software such as anti virush and firewall

The storage processor (SP) IP address can only be set through the/setup page. Please refer to the KB article emc60751 "How do I change a storage processor (SP) IP address after it was already set?" for the detailed steps.
