Can not access Navisphere on array
I tried to log into an older CX500 but it times out on each SP, I can ping the sp's. I am looking for a way from the cli to restart the management console.

Hi,
Restarting Management Console from CLI would not be possible. Please refer to the Primus article "emc99876" to restart the Management Server.

If the CX500 is running flare higher than Flare release 19, you can use the solution in emc99876, but if you have flare release 19 or earluier, you may need to reboot the SP's to restart Agent.

No I was not able to fix this yet, from what I found out EMC has the ability to log into the management console locally and restart the servers without having to reboot the SP's. I am still waiting for a response back.

What version of flare is the CX500 running?
