Can the quorum be migrated using PPME if cluster services are offline on failover node
Hello,
I would really like to use PPME to migrate a few Microsoft 2003 clusters. I know from the past migrations I've done that the quorum cannot be migrated using PPME, however I have a question. Can I migrate the quorum if cluster services are brought down on the failover node. I might be able to get total downtime and if the cluster service is stopped won't the quorum drive be treated like anyone other?

i have have never tried this but if you do decide to try it make sure cluster services are disabled and cluster driver is disabled in Device Manager (either under system devices or plug'n play). Reboot after disabling all that and try PPME (at this point there should be no cluster reservation or anything else holding a "lock" on that device).
