Changing the LUN ID
Hi All,
Our naming standard has the First Number in the LUN id = the raidgroup number. It seemed like a good idea at the time.
We have just completed a review of our Raid groups and LUN. We have two LUN's that don't match the standard hence I'm wondering if there is a way to change the LUN Id eg from 701 to 501.

you can bind a new LUN ( with the new id ) then establish clone relationship with the old LUN source lun,
remove src lun from the storage group and add da new lun instead of da src lun there

you can bind a new LUN ( with the new id ) then establish clone relationship with the old LUN source lun,
remove src lun from the storage group and add da new lun instead of da src lun there
Might end up doing this seeing we need to do a migrate as well.
