EMC CX3-10c Replacing a Fibre Card
We have an EMC CX3-10c SAN with our File and Database Cluster connected to the SAN. Each member of the cluster have 2 QLogic Fibre QLE2460 cards. One of the FC cards failed and has been replaced however PowerPath is still reporting the card as dead. How do I remove the dead card from PowerPath and get the new card to appear?

Don't forget to check in the Storage Group in the Host tree - right-click on the host nane and select Connectivity Status and make sure that the new HBA (new WWN) is connected to the Storage Group. If you see the paths in ~Management - just click the Reconnect button.
