EMC CX4 Problemes after change of OS disk.

Hi

My Company has got there hands on a EMC CX4 and we got 5 new OS disk.

After we got the cx4 up and runing,

We cant seem to acsses the disk in the system.

We can see them, but nothing more.

What can we/i do to fix this without having to ship it all to at broker to fix it ?

Please provide more details on what exactly the problem is

Does the array boot correct? Are you able to start Navisphere/Unisphere?

What is the version of the OS disks installed?

In Navisphere are you able to see the array in the GUI? Can you see the Physical list? Does it show all the disks or the other DAE's?

What model CX4? How many DAEs are cabled? Are there any fault lights on the DAE's or faults in the GUI?

The more information that you can provide, the better chance we have of determining what your problem may be.
