Hi Hamby,
Actually the kb is still work in progress,thats why I had deleted my reply. Got to know that engineers are still working on this issue.I strongly suggest you to contact EMC Support Team for further assistance.

This array is not on support contract since it is way past eol and a cx380.
I was just trying to find out what the error is.
