How to change the physical installation of the CX300 with sps failed
Hi
I need change the physical installation of the clariion CX300 (flare code release 19) , but the sps (a) and sps (b) have problem. what is the safest procedure to turn off the CX300?

Shut down all the host and power them off ... Then bring up Navisphere , Zero out the cache, then disable the cache and wait for ten minutes and you will be good to go ...

Go to the memory tab under properties and slide the bar's or type in 0

How to zero out the cache by navisphere? Have i waiting several minutes and then i'll disable the cache?
