1. Un-initialize the storage system.
Step 1 Further Instructions:
How do I un-initialize an AX-series storage system?
When you un-initialize a storage system, you remove the user name and password, allowing you to create new ones. You also may change the management port IP addresses at this time.
To un-initialize an AX150-series storage system:
1a. Power down the storage system by pressing the power button located on the back panel of the storage system. The SP boot LED flashes and the storage system shuts down after several seconds.
1b. Wait for approximately one minute after the storage system powers down completely.
1c. Press and hold the power button for 4 to 8 seconds, and then release it. When you release the button, the SP boot LED begins to flash.
1d. When the SP boot LED stops flashing, the storage system is powered up in an uninitialized state.
Note You may now create a user name and password and/or change the management port IP addresses through the Navisphere Initialization Utility. Once you reboot the storage system, you will not be able to change them unless you repeat the procedure above to unitialize the storage system.
2. Wait until the storage system powers up, and then start the Navisphere Initialization Utility.
Step 2 further Instructions:
How do I start the Navisphere Initialization Utility?

2c. In the Run Products screen, click AX-Series Storage System Initialization. This opens the Welcome screen.
3. Click on the storage system entry in the Uninitialized Systems column.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter the network parameters.
6. Click Next.
7. Create a username and password.
8. Click Next.
9. Click Finish to finish the initialization or Back to change the settings.
