Initiator registered but LUN not reflecting in server
Hi All
I've an EMC CX4 in my environment. When I'm trying to add a host in that it is showing me alerts. I'm able to discover the host in CX4 after zoning but while registering it is showing me error. And the LUN assigned to it is not reflecting in the server. The alert mails I'm getting are:

I'd recommend starting with the following White Paper for installing a new server. Look for the section for the server type (Unix, Windows, HP, etc.).

Hi glen,
Thank you for the reply.
But, when i'm registering the initiator i'm receiving the following error. Now i'm not aware how to restart the host agent.

What server OS are you using?
See KB 468319 for information about how the Agent works on different hosts. There are also additional KB's that may also point you to the issue that you're seeing.
