Is Power path 5.3 (Build 311) support Windows 2008 R2
Hello all,
I got Clariion CX4-960, and in my media server (backup server) ihave problems once in a while that I cannot mount a lun.
I am tryng to figure if Power path 5.3 (Build 311) support Windows 2008 R2 but i can only find docs about the lattest Power path and not mine.
Is anybody know id it is supportes ?
I have the following details :
Operating System : Windows 2008 R2
PowePath : Power path 5.3 (Build 311)
HBA : QLE2462
DRIVER : 9.1.8.25

5.3 introduced support for Win2k8 R2, there have been service packs and newer builds released since then. If you look in E-Lab, 5.3 SP1 is the lowest version supported with Win2k8 R2.

The most current Qlogic HBA driver for Windows 2008 is 9.1.9.27 - you might want to update the drivers. Be sure you get the latest HBA drivers from the EMC section on Qlogics web site. These have pre-set configurations.
