Yes, but there are host requirements that need to be met in order for Windows Server 2003 to access a LUN above 2TB. This has been discussed in the past on this forum. If you perform a search in the forums this is one of the threads that you will find:
I recommend doing a search on Technet as well, there are a few articles on large drive support in Windows Server 2003. There are some hotfixes for 32 and 64 bit editions that allow you to create GPT LUNs over 2TB.
