the 32bit version will not run ?

Unfortuantely no. The install fails with a message that reads something like...
"This verson supports..."
followed by a list of supported Win o/s's
Win 7 is not among them, 32 or 64.
and then exits.

bummer ..i guess you can always resort to Windows XP mode on Windows 7 Ent, Premium and Pro.
