Primus solution emc116045 is the solution that helps you if you are having problems with downloads on Powerlink. Besides emailing Powerlink, you can first try "Registering your software sites". Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Register Your Software Sites.

After you register your site ID to your Powerlink account, it will unlock the different areas that your allowed to see. Based on what is registered to that site will be what gets unlocked for you (CLARiiON related, or Symmetrix, or more).

The Navisphere Service Taskbar (NST) has been renamed to Unisphere Service Manager (USM) with the initial release on July 26, 2010.
