PPME not able to abort sessions no matter what

Capture.ppmeissue.PNG.png

Hi, had issues when executing PPME 5.5 for luns over 2TB. Kept causing issues so we tried to install 5.7 sp1. In the meantime, I could not abort the sessions. We tried everything, rebooting, stopping migration services, etc.

Thanks in advance! - Admingirl

Normally you'd run the powermig recover command; however, you should consider restarting from scratch.  At this point you should issue for that handle:

powermig cleanup (with the -force flag)

Review the following document:

https://support.emc.com/docu42986_PowerPath-Family-5.7-CLI-and-System-Messages-Reference.pdf

Just search for: "needsRecovery" and it will walk you through it.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but when I click on Christopher's link, I get prompted to login (again) and the credentials I used to get here don't work. Is that some other site?

I just tried the link and it's still working. You could try going to support.emc.com and doing a search for the document referenced above.
