Server Registration Remove Option Greyed Out - Unisphere CX4-120

Just to add to this, if the initiators (HBA's) are still logged in, then you will not be able to deregister them without going into Engineering Mode as mentioned above.  If you were to either power down the server, remove zoning, etc. then the deregister option will not be greyed out.  This is of course to protect the user from accidentally deregistering the wrong initiator record.

i've seen it multiple times where the box would be shutdown yet Navi still shows the host logged-in ..hopefully those UI bugs did not get carry over to Unisphere. Gets kind of old to have to restart the management service just to find out what's really going on in the box.
