which would be a prefered method to present secondary LUN to secondary host
Which would be the prefered method? We 've mirrorview/a replication going on between two CX series ,secondary being for DR.
fracturing a secondary image after it is syncroniszed ( comes to consistent) , and then removing it to present to a secondary host.
or , taking a snapsot/clone of the secondary image and presenting it to the sec host?

It really depends on what you are planning.
If it a one time copy, you can remove the secondary image, than present it to the DR host.
If you want to keep a mirror to the DR site, the best would be take a snap or clone of the secondary image, because all the time you remove and add a the secondary image you will end up doing a full sync.
