Can't view any Unisphere element that causes a pop up

Hello,

I'm trying to manage either a Celerra NX4 or VNX5200 with EMC Unisphere, which launches in the Internet Explorer 11 engine.  The problem I'm facing is that any time there is a pop up window, I cannot see the contents of it.

I click a properties button for example and IE will prompt a "Message from webpage" Please disable your pop-up blocker for xx.xx.xx.xx and try again.  However the pop up blocker is disabled because immediately on top of this I DO get a pop up, however the pop up just states Session timeout.  Relogin and try this operation again.

Is there anything I can do so I can get pop ups to work?  I mean they are working but they always say session time out.
