Cannot start EMC CEE/CAVA service.
Hello,
I have the EMC CEE 8.7.0 agent installed on a Server 2012 R2 VM, it is used to received events from OneFS.
After running into some connection issues I decided to re-install the agent, after the re-installation the EMC CAVA service will not start. (Service was running fine before)
When trying to start it I get an error message that says "Windows could not start the EMC CAVA on Local Computer" If I go to the Event Logs I see 5 events pertaining to this error. These 5 events have the following Event IDs:
105, 156, 155, 153 and 104
And the events say:
The description for Event ID 105 from source EMC CEE cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

I need help getting the EMC CEE service started, has anyone encountered this issue before?
