There are no option that I know to enable Robocopy or EMCopy to do that!
Those files have exactly the same content?

Hi,
They have the same name but the content is different.
Thanks.

What is the use case? I assume the files are not in the same directories!
There is no way you can predict in which order Windows will present the files to the copy engine, which one do you want to keep?
