Inventory ALL file names on 10TB share anything faster than find ?

I need to create an inventory of filenames, just file names and path, across several 10TB shares.

Has anyone found a better method than mounting the volume from a client and indexing from the client?

No internal tools that can dump the UFS directory inodes to get file listings...?
