Resetting NX4 issues

So I was given by other admin's in my organization a used NX4. I've tried setting it up on my end, but I keep running into issues.

I'm following documentation that I've found online, and I'm having issues getting it up and running.

The SPA and SPB IP address's are set incorrectly, and I've tried to reset them using the

./clariion_mgmt commands I've found while su'd to root.

I receive error 21 could not get clariion name.

I can't reset them to anything either.

I have SSH access to the management port.

When I try and find the device via CSA I get nothing to try and do the reset. I've connected locally via straight through and crossover and I receive the same errors when I'm connected via console.

clariion_mgmt -modify gives me the same error and I can't seem to find any information on it online.

Hi,

I think this link might help you in resetting the IPs:

Changing SP A and SP B IP address of Celerra backend storage

Thanks

I'm going to try and recable everything back up.

I reset the power to everything and let it boot

EMC NAS Service is not running and gives the typical output.

There is no EMC software upgrade going on.

/nasmcd/getreason gives

10 - Slot 0 Primary control station

0 - slot_2 reset

0 - slot_3 reset

I can't get them into a configured state.

/t2reset pwron -s 2

/t2reset pwron -s 3

does nothing as far as I can see, as getreason gives the same error as above.

./setup_enclosure -checkCable

reports no errors

CheckSystem reports no errors

Probe System gives 128.221.252.50 / 128.221.253.50

Reading documents, I think that this might be an issue as everything I'm seeing the internal network needs to be .150 not .50. I could be wrong though?

The ./clariion_mgmt stop commands return the error 21: Could not get Clariion name so I have no idea how to proceed with that.

There's no data on it, so I have zero problem wiping it completely clean so I have a fresh start, but I don't have the iso to boot from and it doesn't look like it's saved anywhere on the box itself.
