Unable to clear error - DAE (Bus 0 Enclosure 4) is faulted
I have a NS-120 that is displaying fault - DAE (Bus 0 Enclosure 4) is faulted.
I have unbound all of the disks in that enclosure, shutdown the array, reseated all connections, power on the array and still can't clear the error. There are no other errors being displayed.
Enclosure disk, fans, LCC and power supplies appear to be fine.
The array no longer has maintenance, so I can't place a support request.
Any ideas?
