Unable to register any host with Celerra NS120

I am running Windows 2003 sp2 hosts and I am unable to register any of them with our Celerra NS120,the hosts do not even login.

When I run the command naviseccli register from the host I get the error message "A network error occurred while trying to connect: '127.0.0.1'.
Message : Error occurred because connection refused. Management Server is not running"

However I am able to login to the management server by going to http://SPA_IPaddress/setup

The NS120 control station also has a status of host agent unreachable.

This issue has been resolved, there was a problem with my zoning, after I resolved it so the host and celerra were in the same zone the host logged into the celerra.

Thank you all for your input.
