Chromebook 3380 any headphones does not work
We have Dell Chromebook 3380 at school but problem is any headphones are not working no matter if it's 2 or 3 rings. It just not work. Audio still playing though laptop speaker... but it works perfectly on other chromebooks and Windows machines. Chrome OS updated to 73.0.3683.88. Factory resetted as well. Neither of them helps Found a video tutorial how to change Audio Settings but video is old, there is no arrow button anymore on newer version of Chrome OS.
So how do I do?

I have the same problem. It's not detecting any headphones.
Tried factory reset and hardware reset, neither helps

We had the same issue. This has worked for us;
1.Have the students unplug their headphones
2.Log out of their account
3. Shut down.
4.Plug in headphones
5. Start computer

it could be the headphone jack that is broken have you tried cleaning it or getting it checked out most people at the tech department say those could fix the issue (i never had that issue besides my iPod where the headphone jack is triggered when no headphones are plugged in)
