I have a Chromebook that is 2 year old but know it creating problem for me. Whenever I use the chrome or other internet browser, It got stuck after some time and did not process anymore. Can you please describe the exact information so that I can come out of it.

Have you tried to reset the OS???
Insert the USB drive you created.
Hold "esc" and " reset".
Then power-on.
The USB drive must be in a specific USB slot.
If you have 2 you may need to try the other???
