Welcome to our Ask The Experts conversation about the recently launched Native Hybrid Cloud!

The new digital customer has rising expectations around experiences - always available, real-time updates, intelligent interactions - resulting in applications becoming the new face of business.  Therefore, the ability to speed application development and rapidly push features into market has become a requirement for businesses to thrive.  These requirements are driving deep shifts in application development platforms, architectures, and processes.  In order to stay differentiated and relevant, organizations must rapidly transform and embrace technologies that support cloud native application development. Most enterprises run into challenges when trying to make the transition to this new model of application development as their processes were not built to support rapid and continuous software delivery.

EMC introduces Native Hybrid Cloud, an engineered solution that accelerates and simplifies cloud native application development and deployment speeding time to market.    Native Hybrid Cloud integrates Pivotal Cloud Foundry, the industry leading cloud native platform, with a choice of technology stacks (e.g. VxRack Photon) delivered on- or off- premises with a consistent, seamless user experience.  Native Hybrid Cloud removes the friction of how developers and IT operators build, deploy and operate applications through an “it just works” experience that increases productivity and operational efficiency.  With Native Hybrid Cloud, enterprises can now significantly reduce the cost, time, complexity and uncertainty associated with building, deploying and maintaining applications on a do-it-yourself (DIY) solution.

This Ask the Expert event has officially ended, but don't let that retract you from asking more questions. At this point our SMEs are still welcomed to answer and continue the discussion though not required. Here is where we ask our community members to chime in and assist other users if they're able to come up with accurate information. Additionally, you have the Everything Cloud community available for other questions: Everything Cloud at EMC

Many thanks to our SMEs who selflessly made themselves available to answer questions. We also appreciate our community members for taking part of the discussion and ask so many interesting questions.
