Can ECS supply a FICON connection for DLM VTL's?
Currently we have a DLM1010 connected to VTL's being presented on a DataDomian DD890. We recently setup an ECS with plenty of storage and the ability to present encrypted NFS shares. I am told the DLM requires a FICON connection to the NFS share in order to function. Can ECS present a share via NFS that uses or supplies a FICON connection for the DLM and it's virtual tape library mounts?
