I also find the entire site confusing and web pages never finish loading.
What I am asking is 'What version of S3 request signing does the ECS S3 software use - S3 v2 or S3 v4'. I don't know how to be more clear. I am getting errors using the latest official AWS library for my language which supports only S3 v4 request signing.
I also have had a question posted for two days with no response in:
All Places > Communities By Category > Cloud and Virtualization > Discussions

You might get some attention from the ECS team for which you are looking for an answer in the ECS community, vs. the more generic Cloud community.
