What actions are possible on DPC portal alerts ?

Altough one can select DPC portal alerts, how can one acknowledge/clear alerts in the portal ?

There are two options available for CPS alerts; view or dismiss. To dismiss an alert:

 

1. Click on Events History on the left side

2. Select the event that you want to clear/acknowledge by placing a check mark beside it

3. Click on dismiss on the bottom right side of that screen

4. Click on confirm to save the changes

This removes the alert from the list of active ones. Currently, you can only dismiss one alert at a time. The dismiss option is not available if more than one alert is selected. The ability to dismiss more that one alert might be added in the future as requested through an internal ticket.
