How to Factory reset SC40 when it stucked on "InitializingIPC"
Hi guys!
I'am newbie with SC, but entirely experienced IT specialist. Recently I'am trying to increase my experience with Compellent technologies. I have had collected all needed stuff, but my SC40 is a part of two controllers being synced each other. My current one is stuck on "InitializingIPC". I have found on forum, that is both machines separation result. My currenr SC40 is trying to "find" seccond one, but can not. Can anyone plese help me to RESET/REIMAGE My SC40 to let me go trought my learning? It seems some Operatin System ISO needed, but I can not find it anywhere, for downloading. Currently I can not proceed any basic further.
Thanx in advice

Hi wooldorf,
What happens if you boot with a single controller?

Yes, as i already mention.
I have only one of two.
I want to bring it factory defaults, and need to download SCOS, but can not find it anywhere

Thank you for clarifying.
With SCOS it is only downloadable once Dell has released it for your system. In other words you would need to call in and Dell can review logs & if the system is good for SCOS update then Dell will release it for download.

If you are in the US 1-800-624-9896. If you are in another country let us know and we can try to get the support number for there.
