Hello i have buy a hard drive with the same description that my actual hard drive. however does not work, what do i have check on hard drive? thank you very much   Stock SCV2020Buy with a Seller

Hi, Hopefully you can find somewhere with the right drive. The difference between the compellent drives and non-compellent drives is just firmware, they can have the same manufacturer model number.

You need to buy Compellent compatible hard drives, not only the same description, but Compellent compatible hard drives with Compellent firmware.

We have a partner but they tell us that not are available, we bought a hard drive on mercado libre (Mexico)as like Ebay and it is working. that is reason of my question. the only difference between stock HD and hd(Mercadolibre) is the date fabrication 09/2015 and my stock 09/2016
