Whatcha runnin' for k8s?

1. If you're using vanilla k8s, OpenShift, Tanzu, etc.

2. What version you are on

-3.11 in Legacy production.  Deplying 4.5 in new production.  Test/non-prod environments are 4.5

3. How often you plan on upgrading

We honestly keep chasing the latest version in test.  In production, we were waiting for some other things to finalize (new OKD, etc) before we swapped production up to 4.5.  Once we retire the 3.11 environment, I expect we will stay within the current version.

Vanilla via kubeadm and k3s. 1.16, 1.17 and 1.19.
