14% Discount Code Doesn't Work!

I've been trying to buy an Alienware 15 laptop from Dell. It is a very decently specced laptop and I noticed Dell currently have an offer in my country (UK) to get 14% off your order, which would be great, however the thing doesn't work! from the wording of the offer - https://i.imgur.com/113LEEN.png & https://i.imgur.com/P4pEPLl.png- it appears to apply to all alienware laptops and computers - however entering the code on checkout I get this - https://i.imgur.com/7FAoX8H.png - Interestingly if I add a duplicate of my laptop order, the code magically works!

I have tried to contact dell live chat and over the phone several times now and not one person seems to be able to help me, the most I have gotten is that it will take 24-48 hours to resolve (I dont think they are even looking at the issue honestly...). All I want is my advertised 14% off! :(

Sadly the offer will expire in a couple of days so I dont think I am going to get my discount...

So beware! Anyone else had any experience with this, any luck?
