#5 Failed Visa Promo Prepaid Card fiasco with no end in sight

I am in the same boat.
My $200 egift card claim was validated on Sept 11.
As of Oct 24, I still not receive the egift card.
I call Dell customer care team for so many times and they still have no ETA.
The CSR just repeat the same script to me and ask me to wait.
Any suggestion? Thanks.

I searched this community specifically for this topic because I'm experiencing the same thing. I purchased a monitor ($100 Visa in this case) in early September and they're REJECTING my request. So it took them over a month to give me this rejection and thus I asked if I wasn't going to get my Visa card, I want to return. Well I can't return because it's been over 30 days. Doesn't this constitute as false advertising?
