About shipping estimation appeared on order

I just placed an order on a PNY GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition. Surprisingly, the estimated delivery time is November 8th. I just wonder is this an accurate estimation? Or Dell will deliver the stuff fast?

It is a simple graphic card, unlike a computer, that does not require any configuration.

Just want a simple answer, thanks a lot in advance

I recently responded to a similar request regarding this product and according to the vendor for PNY GeForce GTX 1080 - Founders Edition - graphics card - GF GTX 1080 - 8 GB, this item is backordered. Every effort is being made to complete the order.
