Advanced Resolution Center, Houston, Texas

In his answer to the 'Complaint Letter' post, Robert P. said, "Also, to my knowledge, Dell does not have a repair facility in Houston, Texas, ...".  Robert, you need to get more up to speed on the location of Dell facilities.

There is a Dell Advanced Resolution Center in Houston, Texas where my brand new Latitude tablet was sent last month to get the LTE network adapter installed because it was entirely missing when I was first sent the laptop.  The mother board and the SSD drive were also defective and needed to be replaced.  Whether the Advanced Resolution Center is a 'repair facility' is a matter of opinion since the newly installed adapter was not tested properly and doesn't work.
