After ordering XPS 15 no confirmation mail/order number

Hi i just orderd the xps15 9570 on the dutch dell website. I orderd it 28-05-2018 with the 10% dell discount on xps models. But i didnt received a confirmation mail and order number. If the order must be canceld i CAN’T use the “XPS10” promo code anymore. Because the discount will end tomorrow 30 may 2018. 

After reseach many other buyers on dutch website had the same problem. I dont want my order to be cancled.

Also after i login i cant see my order:(

I used ideal for the payment. Hope somebody can help me!
