Bad Support

 

So I've been getting the run around like crazy hearing that my laptop won't be here until January. Then I get an email back saying that a replacement should only take 7-10 days which is has been very close too. Then constantly I have not gotten emails back no one will answer in a timely manner. I Am a loyal Dell customer but I am tired of getting the run-around and no one being able to tell me the truth. I was also told they customized me a laptop that has a parts shortage which no one has warned me until Today. Please, Dell, you owe me something for all these hassles.
