Cancelling an order and crediting back reward points
Hi
I mistakenly ordered a Logitech K480 keyboard instead of the K380 that I intended to buy. I cancelled it within 30 seconds of realizing the mistake but when checking order status now, it says cancellation unsuccessful.
Can you please help on the following:
- Cancel the original order for K480 (Order Number: ) before it ships
- Credit back the rewards points ($42)
- If possible, place an order for Logitech K380 (black) keyboard paying for it through the rewards points. Manufacturer Part 920-007558, Dell Part A8622614
