Charged Twice
I placed an order for Alienware new m15 laptop on February 8, 2020, and on February 17 I got another charge with $2615.13.
"The standard process for dell while purchasing using debit/credit card of holding the amount while ordering and charging at the time of shipping the product is causing problems to lot of consumers." I've learned that from the community so probably the reason is as it says.
Please help, this is a huge payment and I'm worried.

I have similar issue, looks like the second charge is the final one, but why the first one is not cancelled yet. how much should I wait.

I was on the phone with Dell today. And they said they seen two charges and they are taking it off. Told me to give them 1 business day for charge to be reversed. If not iam calling my bank to dispute. This is totally unacceptable.
